We just bought a stud farm of the 18th, in a peaceful environment and with 2 acres of adjoining land and outbuildings.With us no kennels, dogs are living together (Xolos and Scottish) in the second part of the house. They enjoy all the comforts (central heating, bathroom etc ... and our caretaker lives in an apartment located above the housing of dogs ready to intervene at any time in the first need.
